About the Author

Allan A. Glatthorn was Distinguished Research Professor of Education at East Carolina University, where he taught courses in supervision and curriculum.  His career spanned several decades and roles.  When a classroom teacher, he taught students with disabilities and gifted students.  He was the author of numerous professional books, three of which were published by Eye on Education.
