Dr. Pucel has been a professor at the University of Minnesota for more than 30 years. He is a specialist in high school career and technical education curriculum and its role in the modern comprehensive high school. He is also a specialist in performance-based instruction and evaluation within technical colleges and business and industry. He has consulted with 16 different countries on how career and technical education and training in business and industry might be developed to enhance the career goals of individuals and the economic development of the countries.
