Dr. Dode Worsham was the co-principal of Katz-McMillan Cooperating Schools, a year-round elementary school in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She had been an administrator for over ten years as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she taught a graduate-level reading course.  She also taught for NOVA University in the field of reading and school improvement.  Dr. Worsham had been a public school teacher and a curriculum consultant for the Clark County School District.  She has offered workshops, been a keynote speaker for Reading Conferences and was a founding member of the Nevada League of Professional Schools.
