Joseph Strzepk
Joseph Strzepek was born in Corning, N.Y. He has a BA in history with a minor in English from Hamilton College and a MAT from Harvard. He taught high school English in Weston, MA and Rochester, N.Y. and received a Ph.D in English Education from Stanford in 1971. Strzepek has been teaching (since 1970) at UVA Curry School of Education (Teaching Composition, Lit for Adolescents, Teaching English, Teaching Poetry Writing). He has directed the Central Virginia Writing Project since 1979. Publications include books, chapters, articles, and poems.
