Pamela S. Salazar spent 30 years in public school education serving as both a teacher and a principal. She then moved to higher education where she serves as an Associate Professor of Practice at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, teaching courses for principal preparation. She regularly speaks at national and state conferences and consults with schools and districts across the country on school reform, developing educator capacity, and leading change.
Dr. Salazar has written numerous articles, chapters, and monographs in the areas of instructional leadership, professional development, and the principalship, as well as High-Impact Leadership for High-Impact Schools: The Actions that Matter Most.
