Pat Holland is Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and Cultural Studies at the University of Houston. Her research and publications are in the subjects of instructional supervision and teachers’ professional development. Recent publications include articles in the Journal of Curriculum and Supervision, Inter¬national Journal of Leadership in Education, and the Journal of Technology in Education, and a chapter in Current Issues in School Leadership (Erlbaum, 2004). Her Ph.D. was awarded by the University of Pittsburgh.
