Teddy Holtz Frank is an author, educator and management consultant for both the public and private sectors with recognized expertise in thought leadership and organizational effectiveness. Ms. Frank is founder and President of Health Promotion Associates, Inc. since 1991, a consulting firm focusing on strategic change interventions for public education, government, law enforcement, higher education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, legal, and retail industries. She is a member of the Professional Board for the Center for Social Emotional Education and has served as Program Coordinator for a regional technical assistance division of the New York State Education Department, Training Director for the New York City Department of Education, and as a national training and development consultant for Fortune 500 companies including Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg Financial, and Pfizer. Ms. Frank is a licensed master social worker, certified psychotherapist and a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership. She lives in upstate New York with her family.
