PATTI CHANCE

Dr. Patti Chance is an associate professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Program Coordinator for PK-12 Education Leadership at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Dr. Chance has served as a building level principal, assistant principal, and as a coordinator for K-12 gifted education programs, and she has taught at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels. Dr. Chance serves as the editor of The Rural Educator, a national, refereed journal. In addition, she serves on editorial boards for several other national journals devoted to educational leadership and has published articles and chapters related to instructional supervision, educational administration preparation programs, and the application of organizational and leadership theory to the practice of education leadership.
