ABOUT VICKI DENMARK
Vicki M. Denmark, a former classroom teacher, middle school principal, and
university professor, currently serves as an Area Superintendent with the Fulton
County School system in Atlanta, Georgia. She has served on the Executive Board
for the Georgia Middle Schools Association and was the president of the
organization for two years. Currently, she serves on the Executive Board for the
Georgia Lighthouse Schools toWatch program and as the Southern Regional Trustee
for the National Middle School Association. She continues to teach as an adjunct
professor in the area of Educational Policy Studies and works closely with the
schools on mentoring and supervising first year teachers and administrators.
