Dr. Erlandson received his B.A. from
WheatonCollege, his M.S. from NorthernIllinoisUniversity, and his E.D.D. from the University of Illinois.He served 12 years in the public schools
as a teacher and administrator prior to taking a position at QueensCollege
of the City University of New York where he taught school administrators for 6
years.For the past 29 years he has
been a professor at Texas
A+M University.He retired in 2006.His primary focus has been on the
secondary school principalship and naturalistic research methods.
