ABOUT DARCY HUTCHINS
Darcy J. Hutchins is a Senior Program Facilitator at the National Network of
Partnership Schools (NNPS) at Johns Hopkins University. She provides
professional development to school, district, and state leaders for partnerships
to help them build, evaluate, and sustain comprehensive partnership programs
that positively impact student success. Ms. Hutchins was a teacher in the
Baltimore City Public School System, where she developed and implemented
successful family literacy workshops. She has a Master’s of Science degree in
Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University and is completing her PhD in
Education Policy at the University of Maryland-College Park.
