ABOUT HARRY GROVER TUTTLE
Dr. Harry Tuttle focuses on assessing and improving student learning. He has
been a classroom teacher (English, Spanish and ESL), technology integration
teacher, technology director, and college instructor for education and English.
He also served as president of the International Society for Technology in
Education's technology coordinators' SIG and of the New York State Association
for Computers and Technology in Education.
He is the author of three other books, including Restructuring Education for
Quality Learning: From Ideas to Action, and has written hundreds of articles and
book chapters on a wide variety of learning and technology issues. In addition
to teaching college classes, he speaks internationally and consults with
schools. He enjoys sharing with teachers new avenues of learning through his
