Eye On Education ships orders UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Resellers will be charged handling on all orders shipped by other methods.

If returns are not shipped to this address, they will be returned to you at your expense and you will be charged a fee.
Nonreturnable Products
Any video or audio products which are opened, including software in the form of CD-ROMs and DVDs, or purchases made on a nonreturnable basis are nonreturnable. We do not accept returns for eBooks or print and eBook bundles that have been successfully downloaded.
Customer Returns Policy
Customers have 30 days from the date of invoice to return items in saleable condition. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method or insured Parcel Post. Software and CD merchandise are returnable only if unopened.
Bookstore Returns Policy
Returns require prior Written Permission. Books must be returned within 15 months of the original invoice date and in saleable condition. A credit memo will be issued, unless the customer specifically requests a refund and there is no outstanding debt balance with Eye On Education.
