How can I enter the raffle to receive a free book?
Upon completion of a live webinar, you will be given the opportunity to complete a survey. Everyone who completes a survey is automatically entered into a drawing to receive a free book related to the webinar topic. Your feedback is greatly appreciated! It helps us design upcoming webinars, conferences, books and other products and services.
What is the duration of a webinar? Will there be time for Q&A?
Our webinars are typically about an hour long. If you are attending a live webinar, the last 15 minutes are reserved for Q&A.
Is there a fee to attend Eye On Education webinars?
Most of Eye On Education's webinars are free of charge. Online Conferences are paid and pricing varies. Check individual webinar pages for registration information.
Do you have additional information related to the webinar topic?
Yes, we have a wealth of material and supplemental information on the conference topics. To make it easy, when you register for a webinar, we’ll automatically sign you up for Insights, our eNewsletter, and we’ll send you only those editions that are targeted to your particular area of interest. You can always choose to sign up for additional topics as any time.
What are the technical requirements to view a live or on-demand webinar?

What if I registered for the webinar, but couldn't attend the live presentation?
Most of our webinars are available on demand for a limited period of time after the live event. This information is available on the individual webinar details pages.
How can I get a certificate of attendance?
You can download a certificate of attendance in the "Resource List" section of the webinar.
Are there handouts available with the webinar?
Yes, the majority of our presenters include handouts. These will be available to download about 24 hours after the completion of the webinar, and will continue to be available while the webinar is available on demand.
What time can I arrive for the webinar?
Please feel free to arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
