Ronald Williamson and Barbara Blackburn wrote an article for the March 2009 issue of Principal Leadership magazine. The article, "One Teacher at a Time," offers principals a three-step supervisory model that enables them to help teachers improve their instruction. The article was adapted from Williamson and Blackburn's book The Principalship from A to Z.
