About the Author
Pamela S. Salazar spent 30 years in public school education where she served as a middle school and high school teacher, department chair, assistant principal, principal, and principal on special assignment for mentoring and coaching new principals. She recently entered higher education, where she is an assistant professor and coordinator of the collaborative principal preparation program in the Department of Educational Leadership at UNLV, teaching courses in instructional leadership, school improvement, professional development, and leading change.
