Meet the Authors
Annette Breaux is a curriculum coordinator with the Lafourche Parish
Schools in Louisiana. A former classroom teacher, she is the director of the FIRST Program, a highly praised state-wide program for new teachers. Annette is the author of “101 Answers for New Teachers and their Mentors” and the co-author with Dr. Harry K. Wong, of “New Teacher Induction: How to Train, Support, and Retain New Teachers.”
Elizabeth Breaux is a curriculum coordinator in Lafayette, Louisiana and has taught “at risk” student for the past eighteen years. Annette and Elizabeth, affectionately referred to as “Sister Act”, speak to educators around the country. They captivate their audiences with warmth, humor, and practical classroom solutions which have instant impact on teaching and learning.
